in Dubai, UAE

HTL-HaeMedic will exhibit at
Arab Health 2008 trade show  in Dubai, January 28-31.

On 24 October 2007, HaeMedic AB has been acquired by HTL-STREFA S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For HTL, the acquisition included trademarks like Haemolance™ and Prolance™ as well as the Intellectual Property and equipment for manufacturing of the products. HTL and HaeMedic established a strong and efficient capillary blood sampling device manufacturing and marketing organization to deliver high quality lancing systems. The Group will provide for the broadest product range as well as the world’s largest & most advanced development and production base.

Through this strategic decision, the combined structure will be capable of assuring all partners with premium quality service and consequent supply of safety lancets to any location. The increased production capabilities will guarantee flexible and prompt response to market requirements.
